Senior Pastor James C. "Jimmy" Murray has been a member of BDT for many years. He has served on the Board of Directors, and he has been serving as Senior Pastor for five years.

Pastor Steve Johnson has also been a long-time member of BDT. He assists Pastor Jimmy in serving the church and community through obedience to Christ Jesus. He helps to lead worship in singing, and he leads the community outreach service in the 7:45 AM service.

Pastor Aaron Walden has been with BDT for one year, and he helps Pastors Jimmy and Steve in the various ministries of the church.
